§ 119.10 SALE TO PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly sell any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years.
   (B)   A person who sells a minor an alcoholic beverage does not commit an offense if the minor falsely represents himself or herself to be 21 years old or older by displaying an apparently valid state driver’s license containing a physical description consistent with his or her appearance, or an identification card issued by the State Department of Public Safety, for the purpose of inducing the person to sell him or her an alcoholic beverage.
