§ 119.06 HOURS OF CONSUMPTION GENERALLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage in any public place, or for any person to possess any alcoholic beverage in any public place for the purpose of consuming the alcoholic beverage in such public place, at any time on Sunday between the hours of 2:15 a.m. and 12:00 noon and on all other days at any time between the hours of 2:15 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

§ 119.07 HOURS OF CONSUMPTION IN PRIVATE CLUBS.
   It shall be unlawful for any private club to cause, permit or allow any person to consume or be served any alcoholic beverages on the club premises at any time on Sunday between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon or on any other day at any time between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

§ 119.08 CONSUMPTION ON STREET OR SIDEWALK.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage while on any street, sidewalk or other public way in the city.

§ 119.09 SALE TO INTOXICATED PERSONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any alcoholic beverage to any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor for either on-premises or off-premises consumption.

§ 119.10 SALE TO PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly sell any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years.
   (B)   A person who sells a minor an alcoholic beverage does not commit an offense if the minor falsely represents himself or herself to be 21 years old or older by displaying an apparently valid state driver’s license containing a physical description consistent with his or her appearance, or an identification card issued by the State Department of Public Safety, for the purpose of inducing the person to sell him or her an alcoholic beverage.

§ 119.11 EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
   (A)   Except as provided in divisions (B) and (C) below, no person may employ a person under 18 years of age to sell, prepare, serve or otherwise handle liquor, or to assist in doing so.
   (B)   A holder of a wine-only package store permit may employ a person 16 years old or older to work in any capacity.
   (C)   A holder of a mixed beverage permit may employ a person under 18 years of age to work in any capacity other than the actual selling, preparing or serving of mixed beverages.
