(A) Each holder shall maintain, at a single location, business records of its taxicab service. The method used in maintaining the records must be approved by the Director, and the Director may require maintenance of certain records which he or she determines are necessary for monitoring the activities, operations, service and safety record of a holder.
(B) A holder shall make its records available for inspection by the Director at reasonable times upon request.
