For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LIVESTOCK. Any grazing animal, including but not limited to cattle, horses, mules, asses, burros, sheep and goats.
RUN AT LARGE. An animal is not under actual physical restraint by means of a pen, fence or other structure or any type of lead.
