§ 95.003 APPLICABILITY OF COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT’S ANIMAL CONTROL REGULATIONS.

Control of animals shall be controlled by the County Health District’s rules, regulations and policies, in addition to those contained in this code and applicable state laws.
