§ 111.02 REGULATION.
   (A)   If any residential structure or part thereof is leased or rented more than three times during a calendar year, such an activity shall be considered as a business activity.
   (B)   Any residential structure or part thereof that is operated as a business activity (other than “home occupations” that are in compliance with § 1131.04 of the Zoning Code) shall not be permitted within any residential district of the village.
   (C)   Any sublease or assignment of any residential structure or part thereof shall be considered one time of lease and shall be subject to this chapter.
   (D)   The tenants of residential structures or part thereof shall observe all the regulations and laws that are applicable to other residents of the village.
   (E)   The owner of any residential structure located with the village shall provide written notice to the Village Police Department if any residential structure or part thereof is intended to be leased. Such notice shall be provided prior to commencement of the occupation by lessee or tenant. It shall identify the address at the leased property, the name of one or more of the lessees or tenants and the approximate dates of the term of the lease. Failure to provide timely notice shall constitute a violation of this regulation.
   (F)   Any activity contrary to this regulation shall constitute a nuisance.
