The public purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety, welfare and the quality of life for the village permanent residents. The village recognizes that the predominant land use of the village is residential dwellings and that the village permanent residents have a reasonable expectation of quiet, cleanliness, order, stability and safety. This chapter is intended to ensure that the concerns of the permanent residents are balanced with the use of residential property for commercial rentals.
