§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in § 10.99.

(B) In addition to the provisions of §§ 93.55 through 93.58, whoever violates 93.56 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates § 93.56 a second time within six months is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
