§ 93.55 DEFINITION.
   As used in this subchapter, CONSTRUCTION means any activity associated with the construction, renovation, demolition of any building. CONSTRUCTION also includes earth movement such as excavation or mounding which is incidental or accessory to the building, demolition or renovation of any building.
