11-10-2: SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
When a tract survey is required by this title, the following shall be submitted:
   A.   Land survey.
   B.   Certification by a professional Illinois land surveyor, together with a surveyor's seal, attesting to the accuracy of the survey. (Ord. 2831, 3-3-1998)
   C.   A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 3206, 11-15-2004)
