11-10-1: PURPOSE:

A. Tract survey approval shall be required as set forth in section 11-1-5 of this title.

B. Tract survey approval is designed to ensure that all divisions of land comply with the state plats act, this title and the appropriate zoning ordinances. (Ord. 2831, 3-3-1998)
