2-1-2: MEETINGS:
The Plan Commission shall meet at such times as it may, by resolution, designate, and it shall hold special meetings on call by the chairman or any two (2) members thereof, provided twenty four (24) hours' notice of such special meeting is given to each member. Service of such notice may be waived by any member. (1979 Code Ch. 8, Art. VIII, § 2)
