2-1-1: COMMISSION CREATED; APPOINTMENT; TERM:
There is hereby reestablished a Plan Commission for the City, which Commission shall consist of the chairman of the Board of Appeals 1 and six (6) members appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Council. The chairman and secretary of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the Council. Such members shall serve for six (6) year terms; provided, that each year, one member shall be appointed or reappointed to the Commission. The Mayor shall be an ex officio member of the Plan Commission as provided by law 2 . (Ord. 2829, 3-3-1998)
