A. Minimum Requirements: In the interpretation and application of this title, the provisions contained herein shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of public health, morals, safety and general welfare. (Ord. 1793, 2-7-1977)
B. Covenants And Deeds: In the case of any conflict between this title, or part thereof, and the whole or part of any existing or future private restrictive covenants or deeds, the provisions of this title, and not the provisions of such private restrictive covenants or deeds, shall apply for purposes of enforcement of this title by the city.
