These zoning regulations and districts have been made with these objectives:
A. The assuring that adequate light, air and safety from fire and other dangers may be secured;
B. That property values be conserved;
C. That traffic congestion be lessened or avoided; and
D. That public health, safety, comfort, morals and welfare might otherwise be promoted. (Ord. 1793, 2-7-1977)
