9-12-1: DEFINITIONS:
When used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
   CAMPER: Any tent, or shelter, or self-contained traveling home, or trailer capable of being hauled by a motor vehicle, or any recreational vehicle, or any vehicle, or any structure or unit or vehicle or thing so constructed such that it may be moved from place to place, any of which that is capable of being used as a permanent or temporary living accommodation, sleeping quarters, or dwelling for one or more persons.
   RESIDENTIAL: The use of a camper by any person for a living accommodation, or as sleeping quarters, or as a dwelling for a period of more than ten (10) days within any consecutive thirty (30) day period on any lot or parcel of public or private land within the city of Taylorville, Illinois.
