Each trailer coach park, while operated, shall be in the charge of a responsible attendant or caretaker at all times who shall be responsible, with the licensee, for compliance with the provisions of this Chapter relating to the conduct of such parks. (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 7)
It shall be unlawful to hire or keep as manager, superintendent or person in charge of a trailer coach park any person who is not a person of good character or any person who has been convicted of a felony. (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 11)
