Each trailer coach shall be allotted a site of not less than one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) square feet. The trailer spaces will not be located any closer to the bounding property lines of the park than the appropriate yard requirements for the district would allow or closer than ten feet (10') to a public street, alley or building. Each individual trailer site shall abut or face on a driveway or clear unoccupied space which shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley. There shall be an open space of at least ten feet (10') between the ends of every trailer coach. (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 7)
