A. License Required: It shall be unlawful to establish, maintain or operate any trailer coach park in the City without first having obtained a license therefor.
B. Application For License: Application for such licenses shall be made, in writing, to the City Clerk in compliance with the ordinances relating to license application 1 and shall contain the name of the applicant, the location for the proposed park and the number of trailers to be accommodated. (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 2)
C. Plan: Each such application shall be accompanied by a plat or sketch showing the size and location of all buildings and structures. (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 3)
D. License Fee: The annual fee for such licenses shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 4)
E. Character Of Applicant: No such license shall be issued to any but a person of good character nor to any corporation if any officer thereof is not a person of good character. (1979 Code Ch. 18, Art. VII, § 5)
