When used in this Chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section:
TRAILER COACH OR MOBILE HOME OR HOUSE TRAILER: Any structure so constructed so as it may be moved from place to place as a dwelling for one or more persons; and there is or was affixed on the rear of such structure a red metal label identifying such structure as a mobile home.
TRAILER COACH PARK: Means and includes an area of land on which two (2) or more occupied trailer coaches and/or mobile homes and/or house trailers are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue, together with any building, structure or enclosure used as part of the equipment of any such park.
