Any person violating any provision of this Chapter or permitting any dangerous condition to remain in the Fire District without remodeling as herein provided for, after it has been damaged to the extent of fifty percent (50%) of its value, shall, for each offense, be punished as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code.
