In addition, and not in lieu of any other provisions of this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
