8-4-10: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Electrical Ground Wires: It shall be unlawful for any person to install an electrical ground wire on any water service connection.

B. Tampering With Water System: It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the City Water Department to tamper with, alter or injure any part of the City water system, supply system or any meter. (Ord. 3503, 1-18-2011)
