8-4-6: FIRE HYDRANTS:

No person not duly authorized shall turn on the water at any fire hydrant or service cock or use water therefrom. Use of any fire hydrant for purposes other than firefighting shall be done only with the consent and under the supervision of the water superintendent and/or his designee. (Ord. 3503, 1-18-2011)
