8-3-5: LEVEL GRAVES AND FOOTSTONES:
In block 34 and in all blocks laid out hereafter in the cemetery, the tops of footstones and graves shall be level with the surrounding ground so as to permit easy mowing and care of the same. (1979 Code § 9-5-7)
