8-3-4: BURIALS:
Burials in the city cemetery shall conform to the regulations established by the board of managers 1 . No burial shall be permitted to be made without a proper burial permit authorized by the board of managers or by some person delegated by it to issue such permit and without paying the necessary fees. (1979 Code § 9-5-9)
