8-3-1: CEMETERY ESTABLISHED; CONTROL AND OPERATION:
There is hereby established a city cemetery which shall be the cemetery now in use and which is known as Oak Hill Cemetery. (1979 Code § 9-5-1)
The cemetery shall be controlled and operated by the board of cemetery managers 1 . (1979 Code § 9-5-2)
