The city tree board shall prepare and file with the city council a list which shall constitute the official street tree species for Taylorville. Species on the list shall be classified as small trees, medium trees and large trees. No species other than those included in said list may be planted as street trees without written permission of the city tree board 1 . (Ord. 2300, 9-6-1988)
