For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and terms used in this chapter shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
CITY: The city of Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois.
CITY LAKE PROPERTY: Such property and environs which are owned by the city at or near Lake Taylorville, Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois.
KIWANIS PARK: Park located on Eastwood Drive at Lake Taylorville.
PRIMITIVE PARK: The area between the Lake Taylorville Dam and Kiwanis Park. (Ord. 3536, 10-3-2011)
