7-7-9: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person who violates any terms or provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine, upon conviction, as follows:
 
Per season April 1 through October 31:
First offense
$75.00
Second offense
Revocation of permit and removal from lake property
 
If any person violates the provisions of this Chapter requiring a permit and operates a golf cart without said permit, said golf cart shall be removed from City lake property. (Ord. 3485, 9-7-2010)
