7-7-7: PROHIBITED NONHIGHWAY VEHICLES:
This Chapter shall not be deemed to authorize any other nonhighway vehicles as defined in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1426.1 to be operated on City lake property (all-terrain vehicle, neighborhood vehicle, off highway motorcycle, utility vehicles [UTV]). (Ord. 3485, 9-7-2010)
