7-7-5: MANDATORY INSURANCE:
Any person who operates a golf cart as otherwise set forth herein shall be subject to the mandatory insurance requirements under Article VI of Chapter 7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code 1 . (Ord. 3485, 9-7-2010)
