7-7-4: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:

Any person who drives or is in actual physical control of a golf cart on a roadway as otherwise set forth herein while under the influence is subject to 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-501 through 5/11-502 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. (Ord. 3485, 9-7-2010)
