No golf cart shall be operated on City lake property unless it is inspected and issued a permit from the City of Taylorville. The Lake Superintendent, and/or his designee, shall be in charge of the inspection. The golf cart being inspected must meet the specifications as set forth in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1426.1(e). The permit (sticker form) must be displayed openly on the golf cart. Anyone obtaining a golf cart permit shall pay a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 3485, 9-7-2010)
