7-7-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this Chapter, the following words and terms used in this Chapter shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Section:
   CITY: The City of Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois.
   CITY LAKE PROPERTY: Such property and environs which are owned by the City at or near Lake Taylorville, Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois.
   GOLF CART: A vehicle specifically designed and intended for the purposes of transporting one or more persons and their golf clubs or maintenance equipment while engaged in the playing of golf, supervising the play of golf, or maintaining the condition of the grounds on a public or private golf course 1 .
