   D.   Parking Restrictions For Recreation Vehicles:
      1.   No person or entity shall cause a trailer of any kind, boat (on a trailer or otherwise), fifth-wheeler, or a motor home to be parked on any city of Taylorville street for a period in excess of twenty four (24) hours.
      2.   The prohibition as set forth in this subsection shall apply regardless of whether the trailer, boat, fifth-wheeler, or motor home is connected to a towing vehicle or towing piece of equipment.
      3.   The fine for a first offense of this subsection shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). A second offense shall result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). A third offense shall result in a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine will be imposed on the fourth offense and all subsequent offenses within a twelve (12) month period of time of the first offense. (Ord. 3282, 3-20-2006)
