6-4-3-3: TIME LIMIT PARKING:

   A.   Fifteen Minute Parking:

   15 Minute Parking At Any Time

It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for a longer period than 15 minutes in the following places in the city:

It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle longer than fifteen (15) minutes in all parking spaces located in front of the east entrance to the city hall on the west side of Main Street with the exception of the one handicapped parking spot from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to four thirty o'clock (4:30) P.M.    9:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. On Certain Days

It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle longer than fifteen (15) minutes in the following places in the city between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M. daily except Sundays and legal holidays:

   D.   Parking Restrictions For Recreation Vehicles:

      1.   No person or entity shall cause a trailer of any kind, boat (on a trailer or otherwise), fifth-wheeler, or a motor home to be parked on any city of Taylorville street for a period in excess of twenty four (24) hours.

      2.   The prohibition as set forth in this subsection shall apply regardless of whether the trailer, boat, fifth-wheeler, or motor home is connected to a towing vehicle or towing piece of equipment.

      3.   The fine for a first offense of this subsection shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). A second offense shall result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). A third offense shall result in a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine will be imposed on the fourth offense and all subsequent offenses within a twelve (12) month period of time of the first offense. (Ord. 3282, 3-20-2006)
