6-4-3-1: PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AND PLACES:

Parking shall be prohibited on the following streets and at the following places in the city. "No parking" for the purposes of this section shall mean the following:

   A.   No parking of a motor vehicle of any kind within the designated area.

   B.   No operation of a motor vehicle of any kind within the designated area for the purpose of pick up or delivery of any person or thing.

   C.   No operation of a motor vehicle of any kind within the designated area for the purpose of waiting for the pick up or delivery of any person or thing.

   D.   No stopping of any motor vehicle within the designated area.

   E.   No parking whether attended or unattended of any motor vehicle of any kind within the designated area. (Ord. 3258, 11-21-2005)
