A. All Night Parking:
1. No person shall park a motor truck of the gross vehicular weight in excess of one ton on any street between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of any day except for utility companies or emergency vehicles. (1979 Code § 15-5-5)
B. Alleys: No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property. (1979 Code § 15-5-6)
C. Cabstands And Bus Stands: No vehicle other than a licensed taxicab on duty shall be parked in any area designated by ordinance as a cabstand, and no vehicle other than a bus shall be parked in a place so designated as a bus loading zone 1
D. Vehicles For Sale: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale. (1979 Code § 15-5-3)
