6-2-3-11: PROSECUTIONS CONTINUED:

Prosecution for any violation occurring before the effective date of this chapter is not affected or abated by the enactment of this chapter, and any fine levied as a result of the prosecution shall be governed by the ordinance in effect at the time of the violation. (Ord. 2733, 12-18-1995)
