Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each separate offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
