No person shall engage, within the corporate limits of the City, in what is traditionally known as "Halloween trick-or- treating" unless such person is younger than the age of thirteen (13) years and engages in "Halloween trick-or- treating" between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) P.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. Central Standard Time on October 30 and/or October 31 of each year and such "Halloween trick-or- treating" is limited to such residences where an exterior light is on. (Ord. 3857, 8-20-2018)
