It shall be unlawful as a trespass for any person to enter upon any part of any city owned parking lot, whether in a vehicle or otherwise, which is located in the downtown fire district or any other city owned parking lot located within two (2) blocks in any direction from the Taylorville public square, including the parking lot across the street in a westerly direction from Harrison's Motors and the two (2) parking lots across the street in an easterly direction and southerly direction from the Frisina Hotel at any time when the main entrance to said parking lots are closed or when a notice is posted or exhibited at the main entrance of the parking lots stating that the parking lots are closed to the public.
