5-4-4-3: OVERHEAD TANKS FOR STORAGE OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install or maintain any overhead tanks for petroleum products of a capacity of over fifty (50) gallons except in the case of fuel oil, which tanks may be of a capacity not to exceed six hundred (600) gallons. (1979 Code Ch. 24, Art. IV, § 18)
