A. No person shall urinate or defecate or expose a person's private body parts on any street, alley, sidewalk, parking lot, floor of any public building or any building where the public gathers, or in any other place commonly open to the public except in such public place that has been designated as a restroom.
B. Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be fined seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (Ord. 3078, 6-17-2002)
