5-2-7: DEATH IN THE LINE OF DUTY:
The "Law Enforcement Officers, Civil Defense Workers, Civil Air Patrol Members, Paramedics and Firemen Compensation Act", as now or hereafter amended, 1 shall be applicable to auxiliary policemen upon their death in the line of duty described herein. (Ord. 2361, 10-16-89)
