5-1-10: SPECIAL POLICEMEN:
The Mayor may appoint such special policemen as may be necessary for special duties, and the employment of any such special policemen may be terminated by the Mayor at any time. Such special policemen shall obey all the rules of the Police Department. (1979 Code §6-11)
