A. Appointment: The Mayor shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the City Council, an Airport Manager to care for and manage the Taylorville Municipal Airport ("airport").
B. Duties: Under the direction and supervision of the Mayor and City Council, the Airport Manager shall supervise and be in charge of all City airport employees; and all City employees assigned to the airport shall be under the supervision and direction of the Airport Manager; and in addition, the Airport Manager shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Mayor and City Council.
C. Salary: The hours of employment, salary, benefits, and associated costs of the Airport Manager shall be as determined by the City Council from time to time.
