Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter 9 shall, for each offense, be fined and punished as provided in Section 1-4-1 of the Taylorville City Code for each separate offense. Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition thereto, and not in lieu thereof, the Mayor or any member of the City's police department may suspend or revoke any annual UTV permit upon a finding that there is evidence of any violation of this Chapter 9 or that the permittee cannot safely operate the UTV on the designated permitted roadways.
