6-9-2: USE RESTRICTED:

A. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Chapter 9, it is unlawful for any person to drive or operate a UTV upon any City roadway.

B. It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate upon any City roadway any all-terrain vehicle (as defined by Section 1-101.8 of the Illinois Vehicle Code) or any off-highway motorcycle (as defined by Section 1-153.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code). (Ord. 3942, 2-3-2020)
