4-3-5: OPEN BURNING OF REFUSE 1 :
The outdoor burning of refuse, including, but not limited to, paint, oil, automobiles, tires, plastics, building materials, debris or any other noxious combustible material, within the boundaries of the city is hereby prohibited. (1979 Code § 23-6-1)
